COMMON ACCESS CARDS (CAC)
ALL NEW EMPLOYEES WILL BE ISSUED CAC CARDS. CAC
CARDS ARE NEEDED TO ENTER THE FACILITY, ENCRYPT
MESSAGES AND CREATE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES. IT IS
THE RESPONSIBILITY OF EACH EMPLOYEE TO CONTACT
MILITARY PERSONNEL DIVISION THREE TO FIVE DAYS
AFTER YOUR START DATE.
IT IS THE EMPLOYEES RESPONSIBILTY TO PHYSICALLY
PICK UP THEIR OWN CAC CARD.

UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION
Constitution Day and Citizenship Day. September
17 has been designated as Constitution Day and
Citizenship Day to commemorate the signing of the
Constitution in Philadelphia on September 17,
1787. All Federal employees need to complete the
U.S. Constitution course that was developed for
DoD to celebrate Constitution Day and Citizenship
Day and to assist DoD employees in learning more
about this powerful and enduring document, the
U.S. Constitution.This is a mandatory course.
The course must be completed at the following
website. Once completed print out the certificate
and give it to your training coordinator.

REVEILLE/RETREAT CEREMONY
  • REVEILLE CEREMONY SIGNALS THE RAISING OF THE
    FLAG, PERFORMED AT 0600 HOURS EACH MORNING
  • RETREAT CEREMONY SIGNALS THE END OF THE DAY AND
    SERVES AS A CERMONY FOR PAYING RESPECT TO THE
    FLAG. PERFORMED AT 1700 HOURS EACH EVENING. THE
    BUGLE CALL SOUNDING RETREAT IS WHEN THE FLAG IS
    LOWERED, FOLDED AND RETIRED FOR THE DAY.
