Staff AccomplishmentsFiscal Year 2005

• Reduction of Delinquent Dues from 147,767.86 to
  49,855.69.
• Increased patrols on amenities resulting in
  substantial number of trespassers being removed
  and illegal vehicles being towed.
• Process re-engineering of administrative
  functions i.e. streamlining all ECC application
  procedures, compliance tracking, and work order
  tracking / scheduling.
• New strategies for covenant enforcement resulting
  in increased compliance.
• Re-alignment of Community Deputies schedules to
  provide maximum effectiveness in traffic
  enforcement, vandalism deterrence, and general
  safety patrol.
