8Staff AccomplishmentsFiscal Year 2005
- Reduction of Delinquent Dues from 147,767.86 to
49,855.69. - Increased patrols on amenities resulting in
substantial number of trespassers being removed
and illegal vehicles being towed. - Process re-engineering of administrative
functions i.e. streamlining all ECC application
procedures, compliance tracking, and work order
tracking / scheduling. - New strategies for covenant enforcement resulting
in increased compliance. - Re-alignment of Community Deputies schedules to
provide maximum effectiveness in traffic
enforcement, vandalism deterrence, and general
safety patrol.
