Purpose

• The purpose of this robot is to autonomously
  vacuum a room, and then return to its base.

IR Beacons

• Locate direction of home base
• 4 IR detectors, 4 IR LEDs, 4 LEDs
• All controlled by PIC microcontroller
• Since the detectors are at 90 angles, can
  extrapolate direction (e.g., NW)
