Introduction
  • The Pythagorean theorem is named after the Greek
    mathematician Pythagoras, he was born 570 BC and
    he died 495 BC.

  • The theorem is that the sum of the squares of the
    lengths of the sides of a right triangle is equal
    to the square of the length of the hypotenuse.

  • If one side of the right triangle is 6, and the
    other side of the right triangle is 4, you do as
    follows
