E-Rate Season

  • 471 deadline is Feb 16th

  • Check boxes for multiyear and voluntary
    extensions
  • When in doubt, check the boxes

Form 470 Tips
  • Certify immediately on-line
  • Mandatory 28-day waiting period
  • RFP must be out minimum of 28 days
  • 2 signatures, 2 dates on contracts
  • Avoid basic telecommunications checkbox

PINS
