• For The Executive Branch (excluding the
  Department of Education and University of
  Hawaii)
• Departments are required to have it's own
  enrollment.
• Divisions/Agencies may elect to have it's own
  enrollment.
• All other jurisdictions committed to SPO PL 05-16
  are required to have it's own enrollment.
• Two Different Enrollments
• Standard (over 750 points in three years) (media)
  (7 pages)
• Sub-750 (less than 750 points in three years) (no
  media) (5 pages)
