Do Not Be Deceived!

• For such are false apostles, deceitful workers,
  transforming themselves into apostles of Christ.
  And no wonder! For Satan himself transforms
  himself into an angel of light. Therefore it is
  no great thing if his ministers also transform
  themselves into ministers of righteousness, whose
  end will be according to their works.

• Praying always in the Spirit

• These will bring destructive heresies
• They will do so secretly
• Many will be deceived and follow
• The Way of truth is thus blasphemed
• These teach things contrary to Gods will (1 Tim.
  41-3)
• These false teachers must be rebuked!

• One can fall from the truth

• The steadfast can fall
• It is better to never have known truth!
• 2 Peter 220-22
• The latter end is worse than the beginning
• Dog eating vomit
• Washed sow wallowing in mire

False Teachers are Accursed

• I marvel that you are turning away so soon from
  Him who called you in the grace of Christ, to a
  different gospel,  which is not another but
  there are some who trouble you and want to
  pervert the gospel of Christ.  But even if we, or
  an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel to
  you than what we have preached to you, let him
  be accursed.  (Gal 16 8)

Gods People Must Beware

• Satan is at work IN OUR MIDST!
• He appears as an angel of light.
• Many will follow him.
• He preaches another gospel.
• Offers good feeling and joy
• True peace is in the true gospel
• Is your armor sufficient?
