Introduction
Did you know that there are more than176 million
people in Brazil? In my report I will tell you
about the people,neat stuff,land, and their
history.

People

There are many different kinds of people in
brazil. A person that I know a lot about is a
pro soccer player and his name is Pele. Brazils
most favorite sport is soccer.

Land
Long ago sailors told stories about a mythical
island in the Atlantic ocean. The total amount
of land in Brazil is 14,691 kilometers. Three
important cities in Brazil are Brasilia, which is
the state capital, Rio de Janeiro, and Sao Paulo.
Each region in brazil has a few different cities
in them.

History
The government is a federative republic kind of
like we are. The people in Brazil take special
breaks to play a game of soccer, that is how
important the game is. A carnival is held there
every February or March. This carnival is very
important in Rio de Janeiro. Hundreds of
thousands of people take to the streets during
the festival, where they sway to the music.

Neat Stuff
There is an animal the name for the animal is
the capybara the capybara is six feet and one
half inch.The diet of this animal is leaves,
buds, shoots, grasses, and aquatic plants. The
tail of the capybara is two to three feet long.
