Division Charter

• Serve as HOP focal point for outreach to our
  neighborhood and community
• Help select projects and approve outlay of funds
  for Outreach programs/projects
• Organize fundraising activities to support
  outreach projects
• Serve as HOP representatives for local community
  and global outreach organizations
• Advertise outreach opportunities to HOP
  Congregation and organize and/or lead approved
  HOP outreach projects
• Help enrich the lives of givers and receivers

Ongoing and Current Projects

• Fundraising for SHAPE
• We successfully applied for and won (Oct 05) a
  Weyerhaeuser Corporation Grant
• VEAP sponsorship
• Monthly Food Drives
• Thanksgiving meal contributions
• Christmas gifts
• Shoes for Kids
• New tennis shoes for kids starting school in Fall
  05
• Simpson Shelter
• Feeding those in need several times each year.
• Loaves and Fishes
• Prepare and serve 3 times per year
• Support for WIC
• HOP Clinic in partnership with Bloomington Public
  Health
• Provide financial support and volunteers for
  Habitat for Humanity
• Support for Agora Ministry
• Support for Greater Minneapolis Conference of
  Churches
• Bloodmobile organization and sponsorship at HOP
• Support for Meals on Wheels
