  robust framework for HLA federation development

Checklists

• Tasks required to address fidelity requirements
  early in the federation development process needs
  to be made explicit
• Tasks required to address various technical and
  substantive interoperability issues (per paper
  99F-SIW-073) needs to be made explicit

More FEDEP Use Cases are needed

• PROC Forum provides a useful mechanism for
  sharing federation development experiences with
  others
• Use Cases drive future changes to FEDEP and FEDEP
  Checklists
• Technical library of FEDEP Use Cases on HLA home
  page provides useful illustrations of
  domain-specific implementations of the FEDEP

PRP membership should be extended

• PROC Forum has widest scope of all forums in
  Federation Development Track, but the smallest
  PRP
• In last elections, several individuals who ran
  for the PROC PRP were not elected due to small
  PRP size
• Recommended that PRP size be expanded by one, for
  a total of six members, at the next election
  cycle
