• Coordinates food service for Dane County
• Serves 4000 meals per day with 38 staff
• In 2006 purchased 1.1 million of food
• Sysco is prime vendor under a competitive bid
  process
• Currently sources 7 from Wisconsin

• County Jail, Badger Prairie Health Care Center,
  Juvenile Detention Center, Courthouse Café, and
  senior centers (Verona, Middleton, Mt. Horeb)
