  • Eurotunnel / Heritage railways
  • Nominated Trades Unions HQ officials
  • Safety Reps who attended workshops
  • Advised all UK TOCs that document had been issued
    and responded to requests for it
  • Phoned TU Officials to ask if they had comments

Consultation Process - 3
  • Met HMRI Lead Inspector to review his comments
    and those he had received from other parties
  • Further Revised the application documents and
    sent to HMRI and stakeholders 28 February
  • Received signed UK Safety Certificates on 19
    March 2007
