Result / Summary

• The inspection of old sprinkler systems is
  important in order to find out whether corrosion
  products and deposits which cannot be seen in
  periodical inspections influence the efficiency
  of the sprinkler system.

• Are the sprinkler characteristics (temperature,
  K-Faktor) conform to the requirements .

• It is very risky for the experts to issue a
  report about the reliability and efficiency, if
  this special inspection has not been carried out.

• From inspecting old sprinkler systems the experts
  gather important knowledge for the installation
  of new systems and for updating the relevant
  guidelines.
