    DOCTOR.

    NEEDS OF THE INDIVDUAL GP REGISTRAR.
  • REGULAR FORMATIVE ASSESSMENTS.

COMPETENCIES
  • Factual medical knowledge which is sufficient to
    enable the practitioner to perform the duties of
    a general practitioner
  • The ability to apply factual medical knowledge to
    the management of problems presented by patients
    in general practice
  • Effective communication both orally and in
    writing
  • The ability to consult satisfactorily with
    general practice patients

    practitioners own working practices and manage
    any necessary changes appropriately
