  peoples on earth        will be blessed through

• Galatians 3.
•  6Consider Abraham "He believed God, and it was
  credited to him as righteousness."7Understand,
  then, that those who believe are children of
  Abraham. 8The Scripture foresaw that God would
  justify the Gentiles by faith, and announced the
  gospel in advance to Abraham "All nations will
  be blessed through you.9So those who have faith
  are blessed along with Abraham, the man of faith.

• 20As it is, there are many parts, but one body.

• but that its parts should have equal concern for
  each other. 26If one part suffers, every part
  suffers with it if one part is honoured, every
  part rejoices with it. 
• The hands, legs, and head are different parts
  of the body but work together for the good of the
  body. They cant afford to work against each
  other neither can they work separately. We have
  to learn how to bring everyone on board.
  Strengthen and coordinate the people you work
  with. Encourage everyone and let them know that
  every ones work is important.
