  • Long-Term Resource Needs estimate resource
    requirements and future expenditures, given
    assumed trends in the epidemic and a range of
    scenarios
  • Resource Allocation - Use existing evidence and
    tools to explore short/medium term priority
    setting approaches and allocation decisions that
    could maximize l-t benefits
  • Resource Mobilization Analyze trends,
    prospects, and opportunities for robust,
    equitable, sustainable, and efficient financing
    of the global response to the epidemic between
    now and 2031
  • Country Case Studies Conduct two case studies
    that apply at national level the global costing,
    priority-setting, and financial mobilization tools
