Low Income Housing Tax Credit
IRS Releases February Housing Credit Percentages
On January 20, the Internal Revenue Service
released an advance copy of Revenue Ruling 2006-7
that establishes the applicable Housing Credit
percentages under Section 42(b)(2) for February
2006. Enclosed is the text of the advance copy.
The February 2006 Housing Credit percentages
are as follows 8.05 for the 70 Present Value
Credit 3.45 for the 30 Present Value Credit

NCSHA will continue to keep you apprised of
monthly IRS issuance of the Credit percentages
as soon as they are available.
