members. Chamber of Commerce is often active in
promoting tourism to their areas.
3- Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) A
nonprofit organization that represents
attractions, restaurants, lodging, and
transportation and operates at the county
and civic level with the mission to encourage
groups to hold meetings, conventions, and trade
shows in its city. A CVB is often funded by
transient occupancy tax.
