    Department's mission requirements and ensure the
    future protection of human health and the
    environment.

  • Departmental legacy responsibilities are managed
    in a manner that best serves the taxpayer, the
    Departments workers, communities, and the
    environment.
  • Human health and the environment are protected at
    LM sites.
  • Records and information are preserved and made
    publicly accessible.
  • Public trust is achieved through partnerships
    with stakeholders and affected governments.
  • The Department's former contract work force is
    compensated health and pension benefits.
  • Land is returned to the most beneficial use
    consistent with the Department's missions.
  • Impacts of departmental work force restructuring

    checklist for ensuring comprehensive transfer

    Surveillance and Maintenance Plan
