Adjusting the Female Receptacle

• If your outlet box is recessed into the surface.
• Or you are installing your fixture on an uneven
  surface.
• Or you are not getting an electrical connection.

Place the nut up against the crossbar as shown.
By using the nut and screw combination you can
adjust the receptacle in towards the outlet box
or out away from the outlet box as needed.

Secure the receptacle to the Jbox by using the 2
nuts and screws as shown.
