Adaptations

• How do plants and animals adapt themselves to
  cope with living on a rocky shore?
• What sort of things are they up against?

Well..

• At high tide, animals and plants may be covered
  in water, in low tide they may be on a dry rock.
• The tide may go out and a creature may be caught
  in a rock pool with a predator! Itll be a long
  wait until the tide comes back in to make an
  escape!!
• The waves are constantly pounding the shoreline.
• Sea birds are always on the look out to for a
  quick snack when the tide goes out.
