- April 2001
- With the approval of the State Council, the
Ministry Of Agriculture started the
Environmentally Friendly Food Action Plan, and
implemented successful tests in Beijing, Tianjin,
Shanghai and Shenzhen - July 2002
- After the meeting of the national vegetable
basket project, the Environmentally Friendly
Food Action Plan was comprehensively implemented
nationwide
