Status

• ISO Central Secretariat assigned the part
  marking standard project to TC20(Aircraft and
  Space Vehicles).
• ATA Spec 2000, Chapter 9 passed TS ballot,
  October 2001 TS 21849.
• TC20 established WG13 to move TS 21849 to IS.
• Liaisons with TC 184/SC4 and TC122/SC31 have
  been identified.

Status

• No show stoppers from TS ballot review.
• Re-writing the ATA document per ISO quality
  requirements
• Procedural issues regarding future enhancements
  and ownership are in-work between ISO and ATA.
• TC20 WG 13 will schedule reviews in May/June in
  Europe and September/October in Asia.
