Remote Key

• Remote key has Key encoder, BLACK BOX 1 module,
  two LED and two buttons.
• Key encoder will generate company specific
  COMPANY ID, which will be decoded by the same
  company decoder.

• BLACK BOX 1 will generates the EMPLOYEE ID when
  employee within the BLACK BOX 1 receiver circle.
• LED will shows the status of the REMOTE KEY and
  the Vehicle Monitor system. Is it alive or not.
• Buttons will used to Generate the Panic alarm and
  Immobilize the vehicle in emergency condition
  with 10sec delay.

Vehicle Monitoring System

• This unit consists BLACK BOX 1 , Remote Key
  receiver, GPS/GSM Module, control section, BLACK
  BOX 3 and a battery backup siren.

• When employee gets in to the vehicle the unit
  will generate the EMPLOYEE ID using BLACK BOX 1
  code.
• This unit will Generate the IN TIME which
  contains the EMPLOYEE ID, DRIVER ID time and
  position and transmits the same to base station
  through GPS/GSM.

• When employee exits from the vehicle, the control
  unit will send the OUT TIME, which consists of
  EMPOLYEE ID, time and position to the base
  station.
• when PANIC button pressed, the system will
  turns ON the siren.
• when IMMOB button pressed the system will
  disable the ignition.

Base Station

• This base Station will receive the IN TIME from
  the vehicle monitoring system and decodes it and
  calculates the Estimated time of arrival /
  Estimated time of departure (ETA/ETD) of the
  employee.

• If employee not arrives to work place or to home
  within the ETA/ETD, it alerts the concerned
  department.

Scenario

• Every employee given a REMOTE KEY.
• Taxi picks up passenger.
• When passenger enters car, all details passed on
  to Base center through GPS
• Employee ID through RFID in real time.
• Vehicle ID in real time.
• Driver ID in real time.
• Vehicle position in real time.
• Time of pick up / drop in real time.
• Vehicle Proceeds on picking people.

PANIC

• Driver attacks passenger.
• Passenger press PANIC button
• Battery back-up Siren goes off alerting passers
  by.
• Immobilizes the taxi after 10 sec (Taxi will be
  immoveable)
• Above information passed on to Base Center
• Along with position of vehicle / passenger
  details / driver details
• Same information passed on to control room.
• Police arrives.
• Passenger SAFE.
