Matthew 418-20....
(v.18) As Jesus was walking beside the Sea of
Galilee, he saw two brothers, Simon called
Peter and his brother Andrew. They were casting
a net into the lake, for they were fishermen.
(v.19) Come, follow me, Jesus said, and I
will make you fishers of men. (v.20) At once
they left their nets and followed him.

Matthew 421-22....
(v.21) Going on from there, he saw two other
brothers, James son of Zebedee and his brother
John. They were in a boat with their father
Zebedee, preparing their nets. Jesus called
them, (v.22) and immediately they left the boat
and their father and followed him. (NIV)

1. GOD SEES KNOWS OUR FUTURE
Matthew 418.
As Jesus was walking beside the Sea of Galilee,
he saw two brothers, Simon called Peter and his
brother Andrew. They were casting a net into the
lake, for they were fishermen.

Matthew 421.
Going on from there, he saw two other brothers,
James son of Zebedee and his brother John. They
were in a boat with their father Zebedee,
reparing their nets. Jesus called them.

There are 3 things God says, DONT DO
DONT presume about tomorrow.
Proverbs 271.
Do not boast about tomorrow, for you do not know
what a day may bring forth.

Too often we presume about tomorrow by not
praying about what were planning to do in the
future.

DONT panic about tomorrow.
Matthew 634.
Do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will
worry about itself.

Do you know what is worry?
Worry is an attempt to play God and control the
future.
Life by the yard is hard. Life by the inch
is a cinch.

DONT procrastinate about tomorrow.
Ecclesiastes 114.
If you wait for perfect conditions, you will
never get anything done.

We say were going to do this and were going to
do that. But too often we never actually get
around to doing it.

2. GOD HAS A PLAN PURPOSE FOR OUR FUTURE
Matthew 419-20,22.
(v.19) Come, follow me, Jesus said, and I

There are 3 things God says, TO DO
Joshua 12-3.
(v.2) Moses my servant is dead. Now then, you
and all these people, get ready to cross the
Jordan River into the land I am about to give
to them to the Israelites. (v.3) I will give
you every place where you set your foot, as I
promised Moses.

Set my plan into MOTION.
Proverbs 169.
In his heart a man plans his course, but the
LORD determines his steps.
You should make plans, counting on God to
direct you.

Seek Gods direction and set His plan for your
life in motion.

Joshua 17.
Be strong and very courageous. Be careful to
obey all the law my servant Moses gave you do
not turn from it to the right or to the left,
that you may be successful wherever you go.

Do not let this Book of the Law depart from
your mouth meditate on it day and night, so
that you may be careful to do everything written
in it. Then you will be prosperous and
successful.
