Confirm Mail Operations Reporting Tool

• Confirm Mail Operations Reporting Tool is a
  web-based system.
• Provides information for USPS seed mailings and
  customer mailings
• Provides information by National, Area, District,
  Plant, Mailer levels
• Data retained for 15 days
• Available internally NOW

Manifest Data

• Customer (Mailer / USPS user) posts Manifest data
  at USPS web site for each mailing
• Electronic Post Office (server) collects scan
  data
• System automatically links and compares customer
  Manifest data with the scan data for a mailing
• This allows USPS to identify how successfully a
  customers mailing went through the system
• Available mid-March
• At a later date, Manifest data will be
  obtained from PostalOne!
