Our Situation

• Good news is- weve made tremendous progress in
  the last five years!
• Bad news is- TRW cant fund the effort anymore

How Did This Happen?

• Why did TRW undertake this initiative to begin
  with?
• What specific gains have been made?
• Who has benefited?
• Why is TRW making this adjustment?

Alternatives Considered

• Abandon future work by Fluer or anyone
• Perform the work ourselves as individual
  companies or as AORC
• Have Fluer work under AORC direction and funding

Recommendation or Decision

• Recommend that AORC member companies do not sit
  back and become victims of the code
• Recommend that Fluers work is continued under
  AORC funding.
• No one company will bear the burden of expense
  for the effort
• All will benefit to some degree

Our Vision for the Future

• Continue code enhancement program
• Share costs in an equitable way
• Support must be gained from AORC Board and member
  companies

• Weve achieved unprecedented success in code
  development
• No reason to expect that success wont continue
  under a similar approach
• Member companies need to consider options at this
  juncture
• Fluer has prepared a proposal for AORC to
  consider
