• digital data infrastructure is a fundamental
  requirement.
• An action plan must be carried out to digitize
  and integrate all relevant information on the
  region in a structured manner, with the adoption
  of standards and protocols that allow transparent
  data integration and systems interoperability.

  stakeholders.

• increase the value, visibility and usage of data
  on the Amazon basin through dynamic networking
  and thereby contribute to better conservation
  practices and sustainable use of the regions

Important gaps

• Important institutions did not answer the
  questionnaire such as the Smithsonian and the
  Natural History Museum in London
• 2 new questionnaires were received in the last 7
  days
• This does not invalidate the work but does show
  that there must be more opportunities for
  collaboration
