  of bacteria.
• Bacteria may be found on all surfaces and in the
  atmosphere.
• Aseptic technique minimizes the potential for
  contamination of pure cultures.

• Handling Agar plates handle to minimize
  exposure to the air and surfaces
• Handling culture tubes

• Liquid media (Broth)
