• Cystoscopy Multiple papillary tumors in the
  bladder
• Biopsy

• Common tumor of Bladder urinary tract
• Related to chemical carcinogens - aniline dyes
• Frequently multiple, bleeding
• Painless hematuria is the common symptom.
• Dysuria when near the urethra causing block.
• Papillary tumor, fronds covered by thick
  urothelium.
• Histological Grades I to III,
• High grade tumors infiltrate deep.
• Dysplasia and Carcinoma in-situ precedes
  carcinoma.
