NJ User Group Board Members President Maddie
Perez
My responsibilities as your President are to be
the principal executive office of the regional
community and preside at all meetings. Assist
with each of the duties performed and distribute
them as necessary. Im responsible for the vision
and oversight for the User Group. I will usually
be the main person to distribution
communications. Meeting minutes will be done on a
rotation schedule. I currently work at Wyndham
Worldwide located on Sylvan Way in Parsippany. I
have been with Wyndham since 1996 but have been
in the current position since 2007. My experience
is on Niku, 6.0, 7.5.3 utilizing the financial
and project modules. Our projects use OWB only.
My focus is highly functional and I am interested
in expand my technical expertise. I am available
for your Clarity questions from 9-6, M-F. My IM
(MSN) and email is Madalene.perez_at_wyndhamworldwide
.com. For my personal information, I just
bought a fixer upper in Morris Plains. I am
interested in gaming and love to read mystery /
sci-fi / fantasy type books. My favorite hobby is
cooking!

My responsibilities as your Vice President are to
be, in the absence of the president, the
principal executive office of the regional
community and preside at all meetings. Assist
with each of the duties performed and distribute
them as necessary. Assist Jason with maintaining
the user group website. Meeting minutes will be
done on a rotation schedule.

Frame
My responsibilities as your Secretary will be to
manage the meeting minutes rotation schedule,
support the president and make sure that all
notices are duly given, custodian of the
community records. I will be the main person to
updated the user website which includes profile
information, welcome message and security
administration. Meeting minutes will be done on a
rotation schedule. I have over eleven years of
technical and project management experience. My
experience includes a broad range of disciplines,
such as system implementation, process design,
operations, network and security management as
well as systems configuration.  I have
participated in and lead multiple projects that
involved many aspects across CA Clarity
including the development of custom
views/reports, implementation of each CA Clarity
module, integration with various third party
systems (i.e. Oracle financials) as well as
configuring MS Project and Open Workbench.  I
have also provided support for various upgrades
and migration of critical data within the CA
Clarity application. I have technical
functional experience across several different
versions of Clarity including 7.x, 8.x, and
12.x. Im available for questions as they arise

live in Northeast Morris county and spend most of
my free time with my two sons, Alex Tyler.

My responsibilities as your Secretary will be to
will be responsible for all funds the regional
community receive and give receipts for monies
due and payable to the regional community from
any sources whatsoever and deposit all such
monies in the name of the regional community and
perform all duties incident to he office of
treasurer with respect to the regional community.
I will work with the liaison for CA to get
approved funding for each meeting. Will track and
retain the financial receipts and books, will
work with the president regarding meeting dates
and assist with communication. Meeting minutes
will be done on a rotation schedule. I am a PMP,
Six Sigma, and ITIL Foundation Certified Project
Manager with over 15 years of hands on
experience. I have a Masters degree in Business
Administration with a concentration in Financial
Management. As a former Navy Officer my
experience includes operations planning and
management, financial control, human resource
management, recruitment, and training. As a
Senior Project Manager for Technisource
Consulting he is currently assigned at Wyndham
World Wide Hotel IT Group Tech Ops Section. He
manages multiple large/complex projects with a
scope between 1M and 10M in capital work effort
including up to 40 FTEs, external vendors,
contractors, and consultants in a matrix
management environment utilizing Niku/Clarity,
Open Workbench and SharePoint. As the Senior
Project Manager for Edison Schools Inc. he
managed the Project Management Office (PMO) and
Service Desk staff. He designed a Project
Management/Business Analysis group that worked
toward continuous process improvement in helping
Edison become a well-managed organization. He
wrote the Edison Schools Project Management
Handbook designed to provide both PMO Project
Managers, as well as other Edison employees
acting in a project manager capacity, with the
framework used to manage projects. The handbook
provided an overview of the Project Management
Processes and the tools and techniques to
effectively and efficiently manage a project
including templates for the Project Charter,
Scope Document, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS),
Change Request, Project Plan, Communication Plan,
Staffing Plan, Capital and Operating Budgets,
Procurement Plan, Risk Register, Issue Tracking,
Roles and Responsibilities, Quality Management
Plan, Team Norms, Lessons Learned, and Customer
Satisfaction Survey. I am available for
