• 30- sales reps (ok..35 people who have that
  titlemaybe about 10 actual Sales Reps!)

EQ Tracking What is it?

• A tool that captures all changes to the location,
  status other details on equipment in the system

• Challenges
• Trying to track equipment on demo
• Ensuring all equipment/accys are billed
• Physical Inventory
• S/N errors (what we transferred not necessarily
  equipment billed)
• Where did equipment go to / come from
• Who changed that?
