• 2. Name and period number are on front cover
  page.
• 3. Five Dividers bell ringers-notes-vocabulary-h
  omework-current events tests.
• 4. Must contain the scoring rubric.
• 5. Must contain the course outline.

• 6. Class notes are in order and easy to access.
• 7. All work is included and completed.
• 8. All work is properly formatted and filed.
• 9. No extra materials from other classes.
• 10. The overall appearance of the notebook is
  neat and orderly.
