Officer Service Incentive Programs(ADSO Programs)

• Cadets may request to participate in 2 out of 3.
• Cadets may be selected in up to two of the
  Programs.
• Participation in each program is in exchange for
  an additional 3-year Active Duty Service
  Obligation (ADSO).
• Branch for Service - Receive their branch of
  choice
• Post for Service - Receive their first
  assignment of choice
• Graduate School for Service - Attend full
  time, fully funded Graduate Program
• Only Cadets selected for Active Duty are
  eligible.
• Selection is based on the National OML.
• At time of request, Cadets must sign a contract
  addendum.

• Every branch has something to offer
• All branches need QUALITY Officers!
• Reserve Component needs QUALITY Officers
• BNR (almost) GUARANTEES branch and unit in RC
• Only limited number can be accessed Active Duty
• Manage Expectations!
