The number and size of meeting rooms is a BIG
COST DRIVER for meeting hosts. Many people
unrealistically oversubscribe meeting room
needs. e.g., request for meeting room to
accommodate 20 persons but only 4 people
actually meet !
This is a Continuing Problem!!!

Host guidelines add
Hosts are encouraged to work with the
local/regional Step Center Organizations' to
organize and appropriate theme for SC4 meetings
in which local industry representatives
actively Participate. This could include items
such as an Industry Day, themes for OTF, Ln
Plenary and related implementation
activities. e.g., aerospace in Toulouse, etc.
