What is it?

• It is a partial break in a bone .
• It is much like taking a green twig from a tree
  and trying to break it.

How do they occur?

• Falls as a youngster.
• They are usually the result of a sports injury.

What is the treatment?

• The injured person is normally put into a cast
  for two to four weeks.
