For coaching to work, there must be a willingness
to be observed and coached. There is a certain
vulnerability that goes along with that. Those
being coached-the clients-understand this does
not mean they need help or that they are not
doing a good job. On the contrary, they realize
coaching helps them achieve even more success.

CONSISTANT COACHING

• Those being coached should be observed and
  coached on a regular basis, ideally once a week,
  although it could be more often. This ensures
  the building of skill, consistency,
  accountability, and accelerated success.

• People who already possess excellent skills
  continuously seek improvement. Thats how they
  go to be that way. These people should be
  coached the most, as coaching is a way to
  increase their options and continue to grow
  professionally.
