- Suggestions
- Continue to support paper MMRs
- Prompt to save when navigating off the page
- Locate process manuals in centralized location
- Create a Collaboration service to organize lions
such as to go to meeting (keep it secure and
private) - New member report should have same fields as
membership dump - Standardize forms/publications to Letter and
identify Legal size forms in advance - Allow MMR Report Downloads
- Suggestions
- Make it easy to read
- Use the same font for everything (Arial or
Tahoma) - Allow data entry errors to be corrected (e.g.,
dropped deceased wrong member) - Validate phone number entry
- Include officer title on reports
- Add a button to change the font size
- Mobile based PU-101s (especially when helping
clubs that are without web access) - Keep it easy for technically challenged
21Future Direction Give us your ideas (Comments
from Audience)
- Suggestions
- Activity Reports difficult to use
- Educate district governors
- Printing club reports (click on club link)
- Problems printing activity report
- Should club pages be hosted by LCI (since
e-Clubhouse just started, we will wait and see). - Can you add documents to e-clubhouse?
- Different response on web using same password in
different places - Include revision/date on forms
- Suggestions
- Monthly MMRs should keep dates in mind with
awards and display all dates (keep original
reporting month) - .Org search returns too much information and
could be improved - Change print button to view button since it
doesnt print - Create customized Club pages (see e-Clubhouse)
- Need a new member report for DGs that shows new
members by club. - Focused buttons, pages, and options based on
title of user
22Future Direction Give us your ideas (Comments
from Audience)
- Suggestions
- Billing link for club secretaries needs a better
way to export and use the information in excel or
word - Correcting mistakes is difficult/impossible when
copying from column based publications (e.g., by
laws) - Customize password letter by title to include
what to use wmmr for - District Governor training should include LCI HQ
overview - The old Membership application form is on the
website instead of the new one
- Suggestions
- Online training
- Club health report updated daily (great report
but update it more often) - Writable PDFs for youth exchange and other
publications - Standardizing publications and making Doc
versions available - Avoid columns to help copying and pasting
- Change contact us to make it easier to figure out
who to get a hold of - Copying PDF to Word for club publications is
difficult

- Websites you like
- Use Facebook as an example for a collaboration
site dedicated to Lions Clubs - QVC.com
- iGoogle.com
- FTD.com
- Suggestions
- Create a way to communicate within the district
such as a district forum where clubs can send and
receive messages to/from other clubs and to/from
the district. Also send a notification via
e-mail when messages are posted.
