• The tech has the responsibility to ensure the
  information is correct.

The info on my bench sheet is wrong

• Draw a single line thorough the incorrect
  information and correct it.
• Date Initial the correction
• Then.

• Send a note to the QC department
• Include
• Title of the bench sheet
• The incorrect information
• The correct information

• Out-of-Service
• Pipette Calibrations

• Notify your supervisor
• Tag the equipment out of service
• Mark it out of service in LDS

DOCUMENT!!

• Generate a maintenance note in LDS associated
  with the Equip
• Send note to FGO, SKL
• and Project Managers

DOCUMENT!!

• FGO, SKL, Project Managers
• Coordinate maintenance
• Document maintenance in notes
• Put equipment back in service in LDS
• Remove Out of Service tag

• Required weekly
• By EVERY technician that uses the pipette
• WHY??

• Everything needs to be LABELLED!
• C , SW, etc.
• Expiration date
• Preparation date of the reagent
• Name of the chemical or reagent
