• In the winter the apple tree branches are bare.
  Sometimes the trees are decorated with strings of
  berries and popcorn for the birds to eat.

• In the spring buds on the trees swell. Soon they
  break into leaves and blossoms. Spring showers
  and warm sunshine help white or pink flowers to
  bloom.

• With warm rain and bright sunshine small green
  apples begin to appear. During the summer many
  people enjoy the sheltering boughs of the apple
  tree.

• In the autumn the apple trees have big, red,

  golden. They drift to the ground.
