Diet

• Moose eat any types of leaves because they are
  herbivores.
• They also eat woody plants, twigs of willows,
  dogwood, mountain maples, and plants under
  shallow water.
• Moose usually stick their head in the water, but
  sometimes they dive completely in the water.
• Moose eat about 20,000 leaves every day.

• A moose doesnt have a lot of predators. Black
  bears, wolves and grizzly bears are their only
  threat.
• Most of the time moose are very quiet animals
  unless they are in trouble, scared or injured.

• The mooses brown/black color helps them to
  camouflage. Moose are brown because even if you
  get up close to them you wont see them very well
  in the woods.

  large snout.
