  • All team members individually brainstorm their
    key points silently by writing each separate idea
    on a sticky note.
  • Group members then randomly place their sticky
    notes in the middle of the table. As a group,
    members silently place ideas in like
    categories.
  • All members discuss the groupings and label each
    main idea.
