Key Lessons Learnt

• The concept of involving the different
  stakeholders in the different stages of the ME
  system development
• Setting clear and concise indicators at the
  different levels e.g. Goal, Purpose, Output and
  input levels
• Organisations/projects learn just as individuals
  do, there is need to critically reflect on the
  information from the ME so as to learnt from it
• Different tools and Techniques used to encourage
  participation e.g. Rich Picturing, Role plays,
  Matrix analysis, SWOT, ETC.

• Introducing the aspect of critical reflection at

DATA/INFORMATION FLOW IN NECDP

• Data Collection at Community level
• Recording of weights on CHC, HHQ and plotting
• Discussion with the care giver or parents about

• Collating all the data from different communities
• Basic analysis and evaluating quality of data
• Reporting to the district

• Data entry, analysis and reporting
