• Honesty-Honesty is when you tell the truth. I
  tell the truth All the time. For an example I
  told the principal I did something bad and got
  the other person out of trouble by being Honest.

• Trustworthy-Trustworthy is when people can count
  on you. Im also trustworthy. For an example, my
  friend wants me to give him his toy back tomorrow
  and I give it back on time.

• Self control-self control is when you dont get
  mad. I can have self control. For an example, I
  get hit in the arm and I dont get mad. That is
  self control.

Nutrition

• Nutrition is good for your body. There are many
  healthy food groups. There are many healthy foods
  too. My favorite food group is the milk group.
  You need 2-3 servings a day. You need 6-11
  servings of grain a day. You need 3-5 servings of
  vegetable. Last but not least you need 2-4
  servings of fruit a day. By the way the milk
  group helps your bones. Carrots help you see
  better. Green vegetables help you grow. Meat and
  fats help you heal cuts and bruises.

• Exercise is important for all your bones. It
  helps your bones get stronger. It also helps your
  muscles get strong.

• My favorite sports are soccer, baseball,
  basketball, and running. I like those sports
  because their fun and help you exercise.

• My favorite web sites are addicting games. Com,
  pop it .com, and candy stand .com. Never talk to
  people on line that you dont know. The chat
  rooms is the dangerous part of the internet.
  Always ask your family if you can go on the
  internet. So be careful on line!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
