To log into HACC network, do the following

• After you turn on computer, press and hold Ctrl,
  Alt, Delete keys.
• Make sure the Workstation only is blank. (If it
  is checked, click in the box to uncheck it.)
• Enter your username and password correctly as you
  do at your office computer.
• Click Advanced button.
• Click Contexts button.
• Click plus sign ADM.
• Click your division name, then OK, and OK again.
• You have logged into the HACC network.

• Note The following activities do NOT need log
  into HACC network
• Access and use the Internet.
• Show PowerPoint files in a CD, in a disk, in a
  jump drive, etc.
• Just click Workstation Only check box and click
  OK.

How to Use Following Equipment and
To turn on LCD Projector 1. Press Main Power
switch (labeled) inside cabinet. 2. Press Display
Power button once and release it immediately. 3.
The green light on the projector comes on. Wait
45 seconds. 4. An image is now projected on the
big screen.

• Turn on computer and SMART Sympodium
• Press PC button on control panel
• To use Samsung Digital Presenter (SDP)
• Turn on power for SDP
• Press DOC CAM button on control panel
• To use DVD/VHS
• Press Power button on front of Zenith DVD/VHS
  combo
• Press DVD or VHS button on control panel
• Insert a DVD disc or a VHS tape
• Press Play button if it is not playing

To Use Samsung Digital Presenter (SDP)

• Press Power buttons to turn on the computer, and
  the digital presenter.
• Press DOC CAM button on Control Panel.
• Place your object on the digital presenters flat
  glass plate.
• You should see your object projected on screen.
  If not, press the LAMP button until you see it.
• Pressing Lamp button rotates 1. upper lamps 2.
  lower lamps (for transparency and slides) 3.
  lamps off.
• Press Zoom OUT button to reduce the image size
  displayed on screen, or Zoom IN button to enlarge
  it.
• Press IRIS button to Lighten the image. Press
  IRIS button to darken the image.
• You can do the above steps from 2-6 on the
  computers digital presenter Main Panel
• Double click the digital presenter icon on
  desktop to see the Main Panel
• To save a image to your network H drive
• Click the Capture button on the Main Panel and
  wait one second until the capture process on the
  screen disappears.
• Click Save in the Main Panel.
• Locate your H drive.
• Type a file name.
• Select a file format (bmp or Jpeg)
• Click Save button.
• When completed, click Capture in the Main Panel
  to release the capture mode.

• Do it at least 3 days in advance.
• You need to provide the following
• The installation disks
• Any installation documentation
• Either a proof of license or verification that
  the software is shareware
• If various configuration choices are possible,
  then you need to indicate the proper options.
• !!! If you install software yourself, it may be
  deleted automatically when the computer restarts.
