It was founded 13 years ago in Ni, where its
central office still is. According to
independent assessments, Pakom has for many years
been the fastest growing IT company in Serbia. On
the Economists top list for 2004, it was the
best ranking Company in the IT business in
Serbia, while in 2005 it was the second best.
Today PAKOM group is one of the regional IT
leader. According to the data of Customs
Management, Pakom has been among the top 20
importers as well as top 20 country budget
boosters. Overall income of Pakom in 2007
exceeds 60 million

1. SMS4Parking state of the art software
solution for automated on-line management and
operation of a parking service in urban areas.
On-line functions allow both the tracking and the
billing of parking either through SMS or
parking-cards, the control of payment via PDA
devices, internal control of parking attendants
work (supervision), communication with the
DMV/Police etc. All the data in the system is
centralized and integrated, and the reports
provided by the system are timely and error free.
SMS4Parking is successfully implemented in 9
cities in Serbia 2. M-GOVERNMENT SYSTEM - core
system for the integration of nation wide
e-government system and wide range of mobile
services 3. MOBI-KUPON - mobi-coupon and
mobi-voucher are bar-codes which are sent to a
mobile phone of a potential user and are proof
that the customer is entitled to a certain
discount under certain conditions or are vouchers
on a certain amount of money which the customer
can spend in the shop, while mobi-rewardcard is
an alternative to issuing magnetic cards. 4.
MOBI KARTA Mobi-Tickets are unique barcoded
tickets sent to a mobile phone. Your phone
becomes your ticket to enter an event,
transportation, etc... Mobi-ticket is redeemed at
the venue by simple scanning of the mobile phone
display with standard scanner. Tickets can be
purchased and received immediately, using just a
mobile phone. 5. B2B SOLUTION advanced IT
