UNIT AREA REQUIREMENT CHART THE FOLLOWING CHARTS
(1.a - 1c) PROVIDES GUIDELINES IN DESIGNING
PARTICULAR AREAS OF EACH UNIT, DEPENDING ON THE
SIZE AND TYPE OF THE UNIT.

The areas of each dwelling unit is provided by
the design program. Further areas assigned to
each space inside the dwelling unit but it do not
include general storage and circulation areas
outside the apartments, stairs and stair landings
inside the unit, public facilities or space for
