Basic Features

• Builds on basic Sakai guest mechanism
• Permit Site participants for non-ucd users
• LoginId is the guests external email address
• Sponsor acknowledges legitimate use
• Guest registration page to set strong PW, agree
  to confidentiality terms and agree to abide by
  campus computing policies
• Admin tools for sponsors and administrators
• Guests cannot add more guests or create sites

WorkFlow

• Sponsor adds Guest to site via external email
• Guest receives email with instructions and link
  to registration page
• Sponsor receives email that guest has registered
• Sponsor verifies registration info and activates
  guest
• Guest receives email instructions on how to login

  (for ITExpress)

• Move new management tools to production (QA is
  now complete)
• Finish Self initiated password reset
• Finish Guest period expiration processing
  (disable guest after expiration)
