• On page 12, Eveningstar told her brother, Smoke
  Shell, how she had seen the Savages with whom
  they at war. Smoke Shell then attacked the
  savages with his warriors.

  needed the information Eveningstar had about the
  savages

• The conflict is solved by Eveningstar going into
  the forest to look for herbs and seeing the
  savages and escapes and runs back into town and
  tells her brother Smoke Shell where she saw them
  and how she saw them and later Smoke Shell and
  his warriors attacked and destroyed the savages.

• After King Flint Sky God is dead Great Skull Zero
  keeps on sacrificing all the Mayan people who
  have a chance of becoming king and must be
  stopped.

Conflict resolution

• The conflict is stopped by Great Skull Zero
  throwing Eveningstar into the Well of Sacrifice
  and she survived the Well of Sacrifice and that
  gave her great power and she went to the wedding
  of Feather Dawn and Great Skull Zero and stopped
  him from becoming marrying Feather Dawn and
  becoming king. This made Great Skull Zero mad and
  she tried to kill her and Small saved her and
  Great Skull Zero died

  the topic of the book. I liked the topic of this
  book because not many authors pay attention to
  Mayan civilization.
