Outfitting Wideband

• Ethernet has been installed
• Electrical work on mapper cage and control area
  complete.
• Submitted request for phone service to south end
  of hall.
• General cleanup underway.
• Furnishings delivered.
• Magnetic coils being removed.

Pb Adhesion

• Have tested 3 epoxies
• Heigl
• Scotchweld 2216
• Resinlab EP1290
• All 3 handled well (no odors)
• Scotchweld and Resinlab bonded best.
• Resinlab
• Available in cartridges
• Inexpensive
• Holding up well in week-long bucket test
• Have ordered Resinlab for the TP.

• Have completed large tooling/equipment orders
• One vendor shipped to Robert Bradford National
  Lab
• Small parts arrived yesterday
• Scintillator lifting jig
• Design complete
• Waiting for quotes
• Will have scintillator prep tables built once
  template arrives from WM.
• Have met with Alignment to discuss survey needs.

Module Mapper

• Cone design complete
• 32o/64o cone angle
• R. Flight soliciting quotes
• Al and Kelly
• Have begun to cable the mapper
• Lots of small parts coming through Johns Shop
• Al has made modifications to DAQ.
• Target date of Feb. 4 to commission DAQ.

T2K Mapper

• Have identified and hired programmer
• Jason Hiltner
• Will meet with him on Monday
• Have final quotes on device
• ShopBot
• 25K
• Will arrange to meet vendor once funding cleared
  up.
• Sending cone information to Stony Brook this
  afternoon.

TP Installation

• Working with Dave Boehnlein on system to track
  assembly configuration
• Bar code label scheme
• Labels scanned as modules assembled/TP installed
• Data input through CRL.
• Dave is authoring forms.
• Will test with Pb scans.
